Greenvale Farm is entirely modern and the farm covers the detached eastern section of Broxmore Farm. Built on a clear site, it is shown on the 1991 Ordnance Survey 1:10,000 map, but not the 1:10560 1970 edition. It runs from Melchet Pond down to Plaitford in an area that was transferred from Whiteparish to Plaitford parish on 25th March 1885 and is therefore now in Hampshire. (Plaitford parish has since become part of Melchet Park and Plaitford parish.) For further details of the history of the area covered by the farm see Broxmore Farm.
